Welcome to the Law Office of Patricia Kay Gibbons. My practice focuses primarily on estate administration and estate planning. Estate planning is a process during which I work with my clients to use legal documents and the law to help them make plans.

Estate planning can include everything from making a will, to distributing your property, to naming a guardian for your minor children. By planning ahead, you will have peace of mind knowing your objectives will be satisfied and you and your loved ones will be taken care of in a cost effective and efficient manner. It is not the size of your estae that is important; it is the care with which your plan is made.

In addition, my office handles several areas regarding children: adoptions, special needs trusts, minor's trusts, and legitimations.

I have almost thirty years of experience working with people, first as a counselor and later as an attorney. I can promise you we will provide courteous service where your welfare is of primary importance.
